The title of this blog post can mean so many things. This is probably the reason I chose this title. I wanted people to wander about the content of the article and naturally think about what this means to them. The interesting thing about the title, is that I interviewed someone in the past and this is what the person referenced when discussing Affirmative Action. The reference was regarding out with the old language of hiring minorities and in with the new language and law protecting these individuals. And when I think about affirmative action, it protected so many individuals besides the intended population.
My reference to old and new is regarding the end of October and the beginning of November. Out with the old month and sales goal and in with the new month and sales goal.
