In what ways does hard work make you feel fulfilled?

Hard work helps you see the progress you have made thus far. Take for instance my career as an author. When I first started writing, if you googled my name, there would be few to no results. Today if you Google me, multitudes of information shows up. This is all because of the hardwork and dedication I put into my craft.

This helps fulfill my dreams and lets me know hard work does pay. Another way is when my undergraduate school recognizes my hard work and dedication, which then prompts them to extend an offer to present information to their students.

The last way is when I speak to students and they are moved to either speak with me at the end of the presentation or schedule a follow meeting with me.

Everyone measures success differently and is fulfilled in different ways. It is not about how successful you are, but you having the courage to finish strong even in doubt.
