What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?

In the past, I was so scared to dream big and do. When you’re surrounded by others who discourage growth, you become stagnant. I remember in college, we were working on planning an event. I don’t remember what it was for; however I knew it was something we wanted to do. I wanted to reach out to someone famous to attend the event. This girl I was working with opposed reaching out to the person. She said they would never come, so I never reached out.

I am saying all of this to say, don’t let anyone discourage your growth. Just because they are scared, doesn’t mean you have to be. Go after your dreams and everything that makes you whole. You never know what might happen unless you try.
