What technology would you be better off without, why?

Technology definitely plays a big role in how we operate in the world today. From electronic case records, virtual meetings and seminars, and the ability to receive things within moments. It has made life a bit easier because now things are at our fingertips tips.

While technology serves a great purpose, there are also downfalls to technology because of its end users. The use of technology, from my view point, has decreased regular physical activity, increased the amount of the spent watching tv or social platforms, decreased social interactions among others, and has increased people being rude to each other.

The information above is my view point and while it seems I am in between regarding the use of technology, I ultimately know the world is much better with it. We just have to learn to manage our use of it efficiently so everything can coexist.
