Sweet Potato Cheesecake

Do you or your family make any special dishes for the holidays?

This past holiday, I made Sweet Potato Cheesecake. For years, my family have made x so sweet potato pie during the holiday season. I started the updated tradition a few years ago.

This month, I am going to try a new recipe. It’s Cranberry Cheesecake to go with the upcoming holiday. It will include cranberries, white and dark chocolate, graham cracker crust, whipped topping, and more!

Make sure you are preserving traditions and making new traditions.

  4. Thank you very much! This looks interesting and delicious! 🙂

  5. Ok sure. For the sweet potato filling, I use 2-3 large sweet potatoes. I mix 1/2 cup to a cup of brown sugar. Then I sprinkle nutmeg, cinnamon, all spice, and ground cloves.

For the cheesecake filling I use 2 packages of cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 cup of sugar.

The crust is crumbled graham crackers with melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50. You have to place the pan in a roaster with water in it while it cooks.

Of course you can add or subtract ingredients

  6. I have not heard of Sweet Potato Cheesecake! That sounds fun to try. Do you share recipes?
