Yesterday, my daughter and I made homemade ice cream. It was from a recipe we found on Delish.com (link can be found above). It was absolutely delicious. I will provide pictures below of the process and briefly describe it.

First we mixed the ingredients in a bowl (Half and Half, Vanilla Extract, Lemon Extract, and Sugar)

Then we added some food coloring (Blue). There’s no actual blueberries in this recipe, but in the future, we will try it.

Next we placed the ingredients in a small bag, ice and salt in a big bag, and then we shook for 7-10 minutes.

And then there was ice cream. Right in the palm of our hands. From minutes of shaking liquid and ingredients into cream.

So here’s our naked creation.

And here it is all dressed up.
